We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us to attempt informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Products that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, and the decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Teora operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Teora regarding your use of our Products and services, superseding any prior agreements.
